• 南马订单满RM500，即可享受免费送货服务。

订单处理时间

• 请在马来西亚时间下午3点之前下单，才能在当天处理订单。
• 如果产品缺货，我们将在1个工作日内通过电子邮件或电话联系您，协商更换、退款或其他解决方案。

包装与处理时间

• 包装和处理订单需要1-2个工作日。
• 请注意，我们在周六和周日不处理订单或邮寄包裹。

取消或修改订单

Free Shipping

• Enjoy free shipping for orders in South Malaysia above RM500.

Order Processing Time

• Please place your order by 3 PM Malaysian time to have it processed on the same business day.
• If a product is out of stock, we will contact you within 1 business day via email or phone to arrange for a replacement, refund, or other solutions.

Packing & Handling Time

• Orders require 1-2 business days for packing and processing.
• Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery Time

• South Malaysia: 1-3 business days.

Order Cancellation or Modification

Damaged Items During Delivery
